Responsibilities
1) Front Office Engineer(MW) / Department: Managed Service Department / Reporting to: FO/BO Manager 1. To lead the operation and maintenance for the FO team 2. To handle daily trouble shooting as per the NOC/ OMC analysis and escalation of any problem. 3. Responsible for the 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule. 4. Responsible for reporting to Front office manager and customer interfacing regarding related request from the customer 5. First line support regarding fault clearing for the network and also to support the FM team regarding site fault clearing activity 6. Provide monthly periodic report which is related to network status and condition.
Requirements
Field Operations and Maintenenance and MW Network Management System. Expertise in MW trouble shooting for both indoor and outdoor related problems. Familiar with different brands of MW product and knowledgeable in MW link budget design and applications.
