Qualification Requirements:

= Civil Engineering Degree.

= Autocad Software Basic Skills

= Health and Safety certification

=Contract Documentation Knowledge of Fidic

Contracts for Clients and Sub contractors.

= Five  Years practical experience.

= Micro soft Project or Equivalent Planning Software.

= Good communicator in Written / spoken Arabic and English

= Computer Skills to communicate with client and Sub contractors

= Track Progress of works and report failures and milestones.

= Full insight to the construction methodology and construction sequence of work.
