A Government Organization based in UAE seeks to recruit UAE national incumbent as Officer Employee Services.
The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree in Business Administration preferably in HR or equivalent, minimum 5 years of related experience in HR policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws, standards and government regulations.
Exposure to performance evaluation, grading and compensation systems preferred.
Assists HR departments within the groups facilities to interpret and implement organizations HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of automated HR system and application of specialized archiving software is preferred.
