QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ PROJECT PLANNER



Requirements:

v Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering.

v Minimum 7 years experiences in contract administration & procurement as well as Building MEP Services design & coordination.

v Experience in using Primavera System.

v Good command of English.

Responsibilities:

v Responsible for giving preliminary cost estimates for projects, evaluate
tenders, taking quantities from drawings & produce Bill of Materials/ Bill of Quantities for costing purposes during tendering stage.

v To assist Project Manager/ Engineers in terms of Variation Claims & justification of cost with client consultants, sub-contractors & suppliers.

v To review Bill of Quantity in Tender Documents/ Drawings and Terms & Conditions.

v To assist in cash flow projection.

v Update and keeping track of changes in project plan.
