Our client seeks a dynamic and vibrant Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate should be between the ages of 25 and 32 with a degree in BA Marketing / Business or Administration / Real Estate / Property Management and / or Retail Management with 2-5 years work experience preferably in the property / leasing field.
The candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.
He / she will be expected to possess great personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. It is important that he / she has a flair for sales and willing to work hard to achieve and exceed set targets to earn excellent commissions.
The candidate will be expected to:
Deliver regular and profitable contracts in line with targets provided.
Seek, plan, direct, manage all leasing leads, activities, responsible for commercial, retail across the inventory.
Contribute and implement and manage leasing strategies.
Remain updated on leasing trends leading to new opportunities, strategic alliances and creating a competitive advantage in the market.
Work with partners, locally, regionally and internationally.
Co-ordinate with associate law firms on leasing matters.
Good planning & organizing, negotiation skills are required as well as excellent understanding of the sales processes.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is an advantage.
