Purpose:

To ensure the accounting systems produce accurate results and to produce periodical Financial and Management reporting, as well as providing value-financial services to global brands.

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:

· Sales

. Verification and Processing of Sales Invoices

.  Computation and Provision for Commission, Rebates & Discounts and Promotion Fee

· Accounts Receivable

. Accounting of all Receivables & Allocation

. Statement of Monthly Sales & Receivable to Customers

. Weekly overdue statement

. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables

. Schedule of Advances to Suppliers

. Schedule of Prepayments

. Schedule of Accrued Expenses

. Suppliers' Recon & Balance Confirmation

. Amortization of Prepayments

. Booking of Expenses & Accruals

. Reconciliation of RPTs and Confirmation on a monthly basis

. Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts

. Analysis of Expenses

. Booking of Debit Notes

· Commercial

Qualifications and Experience:

· 5 years minimum experience in a financial accounting capacity

· Qualified Accountant preferably CA/ ACCA/ CPA

· Experience within pharmaceutical / FMCG preferred

· ERP exposure (BAAN preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English
