Job Description:
A leading Multinational Oil & Gas company,
we seek qualified person Administrative Assistant.
Duties & responsibilities:
• General Office Management
• Sending personnel announcement
• Drafting routine letters
• mail receiving and destruction
• Maintenance / stock management of office supplies
• provide general and admin support around the office
• Leave planner upkeep, hot desk arrangements
• serve as the records management focal poing
• Maintaining department records and files
• Assisting to prepare documents, reports, presentations
• Preparing meeting minutes (minute outcomes, action plans and follow ups)
• On boarding new staff in the department on "office matters"
• Handling queries on office matters.
• set up of video conferencing and audio conferencing and large meeting rooms,
manage a log / proper reservation system
• organizing / coordinating events in / outside offices in conjunction with internal host
• back up to personal assistants
Qualification Requirements:
• Diploma degree in related field of education
• Very good command of English, Arabic would be an advantage
• Good correspondence and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS office applications.
