Job description

- Assisting the Facilities Manager with day to day routine office work 
- Schedule, Co-ordinate and keep track of daily appointments for the facilities Assistant Manager 
- Attending meeting and taking minutes of meeting when required. 
- Oversees and coordinates administrative and office tasks to promote the efficient running of the Facilities department. 
- Reviews outgoing documents pertaining to Facilities Department for completeness, dates, and signatures. 
- Coordinates and make travel and hotel arrangements for the Manager and other employees in Facilities Department.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in Facilities or Maintenance Department or related field. 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
- Flexibility in multitasking. 
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks, excellent time management and proactive problem solving skills.
