Job Description:

A multinational management consultancy is currently looking for a new addition to their team, working in a small modern office environment in Dubai. The purpose of the role is to support the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks including coordinating logistics of schedules and meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes, coordinating conference calls, assisting with the creation of reports, production and documents as well as performing other ad hoc administrative tasks. You will hold excellent analytical capabilities and have solid experience using Excel spreadsheets and updating databases, whilst multitasking to manage your workload and working to meet strict deadlines.

Qualification Requirements:

At least two years experience working in a financial role or alternatively hold a financial Degree. Preference will be given to Western educated candidates, with English as their first language, who are proactive, forward thinking and available for an immediate start.�
