Administrative Executive
Job Responsibilities:
= Performs a variety of administrative and/or executive support tasks. These
tasks can be highly confidential and company sensitive.
= To supervise and coordinate all related activities concerning accommodation
vehicle and maintenance staff
= Assists with preparation of the office budget and invoices
= Assists with the establishment and revision of
company procedures and policies as directed by Country Manager.
= Ensure inventory of all company assets are maintained and sufficiently recorded.
Qualification Requirements:
= Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience.
= Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
= The candidate must have discretion, a professional demeanor, and be able to
function independently in a high paced work environment.
= Several years of high level executive administrative experience, with
demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
= Excellent communication skills are required.
= Strong PC skills including MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
