Urgently required for an experienced Administrative Receptionist in Dubai.
Job Details :
* Answering visitors' enquiries about the company and its products or
services
* Directing visitors to their destinations
* Sorting and handing out mail, answering incoming calls on
multi-line telephones
* Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data
entry
* Performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or
e-mailing.
Job Requirements :
* Three years experience in UAE.
* Previous experience in purchase and coordination.
* Knowledge in import and exportdocument would be an advantage.
* proficiency in MS office and fluent in English.
* Good communicator with convincing skills.
