Job Description:

An Investment Company requires a qualified Administrative Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange meetings and functions.

• Diary management.

• Review documents, do research and produce summary reports.

• Sort and respond to incoming email/ correspondence, screen telephone calls.

• Produce presentations and liaise with colleagues and teams managing specific projects.

• Attend meetings and take minutes.

• Book travel and co-ordinate travel itineraries.

Skills Required:

• A very high level of English proficiency is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities.
