An international investment bank is seeking for suitable candidates for the post of Analyst to join their team in Qatar. All the applicants should be a degree holder in Business Administration / similar discipline. Work experience of at least 3 years in an investment bank / private equity firm is required. Preference will be given to those candidates who are experienced in GCC.
Job Description:
♦ Analyze, structure, and execute complex private equity transactions.
♦ Originate, structure, and perform due diligence on equity investments.
♦ Analyze financial statements based on GAAP ( Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ).
♦ Utilize knowledge of economics, corporate finance and corporate valuation methods to build and analyze complex financial and corporate valuation models.
