• B.Sc. graduate and Chartered member of Professional Institution of  Engineers and with Grade ‘A” Qatar UPDA approval.
• 15 years experience, minimum 3 to 5 years in the Middle East. 
• Should have thorough knowledge in design, management and experience in construction supervision and local regulation standards.
• Must be computer literate including Primavera, Project Management
• Should  be fluent in English  and have writing skills
