Job Description:

Preparation of company financial reports, analysis of financial statements, forecast and recommendation on company financial position, preparation of reports to the shareholder, yearly budget process, liaise with auditors, bankers and tax agents, carry out contract reviews, strategic planning process from a financial perspective & manage key processes such as Cash Flow management, Work in progress, Inventory control, Job wise performance monitoring, Account receivable management, fixed asset management, review of monthly departmental performance, variance analysis. Monitoring and appraisal of key financial performance indicators such as work orders profitability, overhead costs per department, pay-back on investments, cash flow, collection of receivables, inventory levels, etc.

Profile:

• Need to be qualified accountant, preferably CA , CPA OR CIMA • Experience preferably in multinational corporation specialized in marine or engineering services • Experience in multinational corporation • Have previous experience in implementing software • Have the ability to manage and developed the finance function • Commercial sense with negotiation skills. • Knowledge of International accounting Standards • Have knowledge of tax laws • should be well versed with IAS and or US GAAP. 

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce )
