Job Description:
Graduate/Post-Graduate Civil Engineers, Self-starters and result-oriented individuals with min. 5 years in similar position in GCC/UAE, and upto 15 years experience in first grade contracting company involved in construction, accountable for devising and implementing appropriate systems, procedures and controls to ensure timely completion of projects including testing & commissioning of all MEP works, handle and resolve all contractual issues with clients, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors, ensure strict control on resources, minimize wastage, logistic movement of men & materials, ensure office and operations team for best productivity, attend to snags and obtain satisfactory end-of-maintenance period and project completion appreciation letters from clients and consultants, contractual correspondence and all other related issues. Be organized, self- motivated, hard working and with good reporting skills. Responsible to manage a total turnover in excess of Dhs. 300.00 million and about 30 on-going sites with a team of 4 Senior Projects Managers, 8 Project Engineers, 12 Site Engineers, 25-30 live on-going projects, 900+ field staff, fleet of 30 vehicles and construction equipment. To report to General Manager and Managing Director. Valid GCC/UAE driving license is a must. Able to join immediately on a 3-year contract basis.
