Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for an Assistant Manager of Private/Elite Banking to join their team in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve stated budget.

• Develop sales strategy and set targets for the team.

• Provide support to sales teams with respect to sales and relationship management efforts.

• Monitor the sales and business development performance and ensure proper service standards.

• Ensure strict adherence to internal P&Ps and compliance guidelines.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least one to two years experience in Elite / Private Banking in a bank in the GCC.

• Degree from a recognized university.
