	  Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting 
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements
• Consolidation of subsidiaries and associates
• Ensure the General Ledgers are 'controlled properly and the accounts are
substantiated and reconciled
• Agreeing and reconciling inter group balances and transactions
• Liaison with Internal and External Auditors
• Preparation of annual NLST, Zakat and KFAS returns
• Ad-hoc reporting work
Requirements:
• ACA, ACCA, CPA qualified accountant or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years experience working in a financial institution or an audit firm
• Detailed understanding of the IFRS reporting standards for a Bank is essential
• Very good Excel and database skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
