A leading retail company, is looking for suitable candidates for the above post with the following skills set.

* Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent.

* 4-5 years experience in the same capacity, FMCG/retail experience a must.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Plans, manages and coordinates the activities of the Training Department and assists in implementing the overall training and development programs.

* Develop the training process and ensure quality delivery of training services.

* Maintain a conducive training atmosphere.
