Required an Associate Director of Project Management (Building / Property Consultancy)
Job Details:
-The Management of the Project Management team and function in AD.
-Assist in the implementation of the Business Plan model.
-Day to Day Project Management Overview and leadership of project management delivery
-Prepare Budgets, resource planning, program delivery on secured appointments.
Requirements:
-Degree in Construction Management/ QS/ Civil Eng/ Building Engineering with PMP, MRICS, MICE Accreditation.
-Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in the Property and Build Construction Project Management Environment.
-Practice in a leading Global Project Management consultancy on major Build projects
-Be a self motivated person always
-Excellent comunication and presentation skills
