Job Description

• Provide functional expertise on the BaaN modules implemented in the group (Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing).

• Work with functional users to analyze business processes and align with existing software capabilities and data structures, deploy new features, adjust configurations or enhancements as needed.

• New implementations.

• Key user training and user documentation.

• Troubleshooting and periodic functions like year closing, etc

 • Work closely with the group IT and the ERP team for the continuous improvement of the
system in a manner that optimizes the effectiveness of the company’s functional groups and management staff. Required Skills

• Excellent functional knowledge in Baan Finance with at least one full cycle of implementation (BaaN IVC4).

• Thorough knowledge in integration of Baan Distribution and Manufacturing modules to Finance and multi-company consolidation.

• Very good functional knowledge in Distribution and Manufacturing.

• Implementation/Upgrade experience in/to ERP LN will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of report writing tools like Crystal Reports.

• Strong understanding of DEM setup, Enterprise Performance Manager, Exchange, etc.

• Good team player Education Requirement

• Professional/Masters Degree in Finance. Career Level

• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Baan Finance in an implementation and support role.
