JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

*Applicant must have experience of operating a Hot Induction Bending Machine (Knowledge of Induction bending on a Cojafex make machine 2" to 16" preferred)

*Experience in making 1.5D up to 10D Bends within acceptable tolerances.

*Understanding of balancing between different parameters to achieve induction bends with mechanical properties matching starting pipe.

*Basic knowledge of water line connectors and hoses.

*Knowledge of Piping fabrication.

*Capability of Reading Engineering spool drawing for Induction bends with all associated dimensions.

*Experience with API 5L (X52, X60, X65), Stainless steel pipe bends and Low alloy steel will be an advantage.
