BRAND MANAGER (Michelin Tyres)
1. Manage all operations of sales and ensure achievement of targets .
2. Formulate and implement overall sales strategy and business plans.
3. Accountable for monthly and annually targets setting and achievement in conjunction with senior management Manage and coordinate the sales support function of the department.
4. Prepare annual training plans for all sales team. Conduct minuted monthly sales meetings with the sales team.
5. Create communication and marketing annual plans with Marketing department and principals.
6. Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and market activities.
