for the Business Development Executive. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange to address the customers’ complaints 
within SLA allowed time frame and keeps Customer 
Care/Business Team updated during the process.

• Able to handle customer complains.

• Controlling and coordination of Change Request 
(CR) and Service Order (SO).

• Report analysis and flag rising for network 
quality degrading issues.

• Prepares preventive maintenance schedule for all 
fiber equipment installed allover Bangladesh & 
Supervise the team to follow the schedule 
effectively and maintains records.

Educational Requirements:

= Masters/ MBA/ or Equivalent in Business Studies/ or 
related field from any reputed local or foreign 
institute/ National university

= MBA/MSc from UK universities will be advantage.

Salary Range:
• Negotiable
