Job Description
Our client, a leading IT Company focusing on banking, telecom and hospitality sectors by delivering high-end technology solutions for storage, disaster recovery, networking and high-end server solutions, operating from Muscat and India, with office in Dubai and operations throughout the Middle East is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager, preferably Indian, to ensure growth within the group.
Job responsibilities:
manage the entire sales, marketing, administration and finance function of the branch office with a focus on software products as well as custom software development projects.
You will also manage the branch operations profitably; liaise effectively with Microsoft in Dubai for solutions in MOSS, SQL BI and PPS.
You must have exposure in solution sales based on Microsoft technologies;
focus on solutions in business intelligence applications and content management applications;
manage a team of business development managers, solution implementers, and support team.
You must have the ability to achieve sales targets between 1 to 3 Million USD by handling 5 to 7 accounts intelligently with 5 to 7 projects in content development and 2 to 3 projects in net development.
Ideally, you should be a BE/MBA with 8 to 10 years experience in the IT industry with 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
You should be below 40 years of age; be able to prepare high value proposals and close the sale; possess high energy levels with a pleasing personality and good communication skills and have an acumen to work for clients in the overseas market.
A valid UAE driving license is a must.
