Job description
Conduct market research, plan and set the ALS product lines marketing strategy.
•Collaborate with wide variety of functional areas such as sales, operations, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations to implement the set marketing strategy.
•Make use of the existing and future products in the ALS portfolio to increase market share by introducing new products and services.
•Continually review progress and compare to set objectives.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
•Overall management of all operational issues relative to development and implementation of ALS products / services to the assigned market.
Qualifications
Proactive thinks one or two steps ahead
•Possess strong leadership skills:
Lead the sales and operations teams of the different AL product lines. Coordinate between the sales and operations teams of the different ALS product lines
Think in an organised way when it comes to problem solving. Capable of dealing with internal stake holders in a professional and effective manner
• Technical or business degree plus 3-5 years of experience or equivalent
• Excellent managerial skills
• Fluent in French /English/Arabic
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Good computer skills
