We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager
- Implement annual sales plans
- Manage and track the sales staff operations and daily work.
- Conduct performance evaluation and make recommendations.
- Manage, control and report the sales cycle monthly performance, report gaps in performance, and make recommendations.
- Year-Over-Year Sales productivity (Percent POs to Quotes)
- Sales performance goals (quarterly revenue rate, sales to forecast, assumption accuracy, cost of sales)
- Inquiry flow (account maintenance)
- Excellent command on enquiry (RFQ)s, bidding, and sales lifecycles
- Degree qualified
- At least 4 to 5 years experience.
- Be comfortable working with a multicultural workforce
