Job description
Provide clear key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the management team. Ensure effective channels of communications are in place for all employees in order to keep informed on key aspects of Company and site activity. Ensure necessary training for the staff. Communicate as appropriate with customers, always ensuring a positive and professional approach. Budget Management: In conjunction with the senior management team set corporate and site and annual budgets. In conjunction with the senior management team set annual corporate sales and marketing budgets. Ensure proper reporting systems are in place to monitor all aspects of sales and marketing activities
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
