Our client, a multi-national insurance company is seeking highly qualified Business Development Manager to join their team in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships by seeking customer requirements.

• Create customer solutions in order to support and exceed the business goals and objectives.

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and sales opportunities with direct clients and brokers.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related area; an additional professional insurance qualifications would be preferable.

• At least 5 years of similar general insurance experience in Lebanon.

• Very good communication skills both in English as well as Arabic.
