Job Description
1. Helps in developing and maintaining the relationship between IT and the business process owners / customers to optimize the relationship and ensure its continuity for the customer; On an ongoing basis provides expertise, ensuring seamless, quality service delivery, and works to align IT goals and customer strategies/objectives;
2. Ensures ongoing service levels for customer by facilitating problem resolution, application enhancement and by helping align business goals/objectives with customer strategies;
3. Participates in performing analysis of business and customer requirements; Provides continuity by maintaining the customer relationship relevant to service levels, IT products and services;
4. Provides detailed IT consulting and manage customer expectations; Analyzes business needs, processes, relations, and constraints, providing expertise for assigned area, including deep knowledge of business processes and organization;
5. Assists in developing business requirements for IT requests in the context of continual knowledge of customer needs;
6. Assist with monitoring of problem resolution, and communication of status and solutions to customer/business process owners.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
1. 10 years experience, with at least 6 years as a Systems Analyst. 5 to 7 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
2. Must have full life-cycle experience of scoping, analyzing, planning, designing, implementing, testing and releasing enterprise scale application systems.
3. Network and communications planning experience a plus. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
4. Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess information technology and capacity requirements;
5. Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management; Knowledge of a broad range of relevant multi-user computer systems, applications, and/or equipment; Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise;
6. Ability to design, develop, and implement integrated hardware/software systems solutions to organizational requirements;
7. Able to use structured problem solving skills and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, action plan, impact and resolution options
