Requirement:
-Minimum Education: Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration
-Minimum Experience: Four years in a similar position
-Exellent knowledge in MS Office
-Knowledge obtained within a CIPD Development Curriculum is nice to have
-Good awareness of competency dictionaries, frameworks is preferable
-Standard way of communication and presentation
-Be a passionate and well organized
