Car Workshop Manager

Job Profile: Responsible for efficient repairs and maintenance service, reorganizing the workshop, establishing procedures
and controls, costreduction, and seeking alternative sources of procurement, maintaining internal fleet (apprx 1000 cars)
maintaining good employee relations, settling and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records.
Additionally, he must satisfy service concerns of all internal and external cutomers, ensure that service is performed at the
highest level and operate the workshop profitably, The workshop manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Qualifications & Experience: Preferably a degree or diploma in automobile Engineering with five plus years of previous
experience in similar position or An extensive technical background with management training and 15 yrs or mor eexperience.
Job requirement: Strong Communication Skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors. ability to maintain profitability
of workshop while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. Required to understand and keep abreast of
local regulations that affect the operations. Good Salary and Benefits package commensurate with qualifications and
