CAREER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Location : Abu Dhabi
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Engineering in relevant discipline. 10 years of experience in
the development, implementation and administration of training and career development plans & programs, policies and
procedures in the Oil and Gas industry. Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with ability to write/produce the
Competency based Individual Development programs for developees. Should have experience and indepth knowledge in the
discipline of education and should be able to determine work methods from several existing alternatives to meet the companys
objectives. Must have well developed presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral. IT knowledge
and PC operation is essential. Role: Provides professional advice and participates in the planning and development of Career
Development policies, procedures and programs. Prepares, reviews, coordinates and monitors Career Development programs for
UAE national employees. Reviews and analyzes developee progress reports to Development Plan requirements, provides periodic
feedback. Studies and analyzes different trends and feedback about Career Development activities and recommends necessary
change to enhance the quality of the services provided. Salary: Excellent with benefits Candidates who are available
