* Educated to Degree level or Equivalent
* At least 3 years' ecommerce product/category merchandising
  experience in a retail organisation.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* 3 years' experience in leading a team of junior staff.
* Motivated and enthusiastic.
* Strong analytical, statistical and presentation skills.
