Description:
• Objective and Key function of this job is to ensure and monitor that all Network stations maintain proper inventories for all EY owned items of food, equipment, consumables and beverage.
• Plan and control injection rates of all items and ensure that all items are captured in the systems, match with the load plan amounts and are within the set budget and usage rates.
• Manage the monthly stock takes network wide and allocates stock requirements through the Oracle systems which is linked to our financial performance
Qualifications:
• University Degree or College Diploma with preference in administration
• Working knowledge in Oracle & catering and warehousing systems and environment, MRP will be given preference.
Experience:
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in Airline Catering operations
• Prior and current experience in In-flight catering operations, Inventory Controller, Staff Supervision of day to day activities, and Market research related to new development and ideas
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• Project work in the implementation of new systems and procedures.
Training:
Participate in In-flight Catering: Staff Management, Inventory Management, Business Development Management .Workshops (Industry Related)
Knowledge:
Computer (Word, Power Point, Excel, Oracle, Internet)
Knowledge in know-how of Critical strategic decision making and Cost reduction by maintaining effective control without sacrificing quality and delivery time.
