Job description
1.Works closely with the MD and COO to establish priorities for the company and specific work to perform filter business development opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Contributes and helps develop strategies in assigned business area. 2.Develops and manages the analytical approach, work plans, directs and performs analyses and research, derives new insights, and generates actionable recommendations in areas such as competitive benchmarking, customer research, market sizing, industry trend analysis, etc. 3.Responsible for all aspects of deal execution, including researching target companies, deal structure, valuation, negotiation, integration planning, and due diligence. 4.Lead cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize data and ensure that the work is accurate, on time and delivers results. 5.Develops and presents discussion material for senior management. 6.Supervise the cross functional and departmental work
Qualifications
1.MBA or similar degree from a top tier institution is required. 2.Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and/or investment banking. 3.Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial level in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, or venture capital. 4.Good understanding of information technology and industries.
