Qualifications

Graduate Engineer (Civil I Electrical) computer-literate (AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and sources.

Must be able to develop competitive bids on a wide range of inquiries that includes defining work scope;

gathering details to estimate cost of construction, materials and others; reviewing quote requirements;

summarizing estimates in proposal format and providing detail job estimate sheets.
