Our client, a prestigious Middle East based BUILDING materials company that specializes IN engineeredfor the construction industry is looking for the Chief Executive Office to Join its dynamic team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Ideal candidate reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all operations of the company and the achievement of the targeted performance of the company .
Responsibilities
* Formulate long term strategies for the company and implement the approved action plans
* Prepare and present the annual revenue and capital budgets for the approval of the Board.
* Compare actual performance with the budgets and implement necessary corrective measures.
* Direct, guide and support the functional managers in setting and realization of their individual targets.
* Liaise with all major existing and potential customers, architects, consultants, financial institutions and government institutions.
Requirements
* Graduate in Engineering . / Commerce / Finance, preferably with post graduate qualifications in Management from a reputed university / institution.
* At least 15 years work experience, of which at least 5 years of similar managerial work experience must be in the the Kingdom of Saudi Arbaia .
