JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Preferably Hotel and Restaurants, Hospitality or any related field)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Entertainment/ Cinemas or Hospitality Industry with a proven track record in a leadership role within a fast paced, service based, environment.
•Excellent English Communication skills (Written & Spoken) Arabic is an Advantage.
•High proficiency in food production, revenue control procedures and related systems.
•Experience of developing and maintaining fiscal planning documents.
