Our client, a global insurance company is seeking a highly qualified Client Services Officer of Commercial Lines to join their management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Client Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Collect essential information on new submissions from Business Development staff.
• Collate information and send to appropriate underwriting departments for evaluation.
• Enter new submissions into Premia Submission Tracking System and maintain an updated Excel based log and client files.
• Quality controls check, print, assemble, stamp and sign policy documents for all lines of business including commercial lines.
• Respond to servicing inquiries i.e. billing, collections, commissions, policy information, producer information, account statements, and claims related questions.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance, ideally, Insurance qualification such as AllI / FIll / ACII.
• At least 3 years general insurance work experience with an insurance firm in the GCC.
• Excellent communication skills both in Arabic as well as English.
