A leading Middle East based real estate company urgently requires a Commercial Manager to join in Bahrain.�
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor Degree holder in Business / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
> Having proffessional qualifications such as ACCA / CA / CFA will be beneficial.
> Work experience of at least 7 years in a similar post is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Developing and implementing the company's development strategy.
> Helps in achieving the company's goals in its ongoing service activities.
> Manage project costs, sites and logistics, documentation, working capital management, and other elements of project management.
> Liaise with commercial customers and commercial contracts.
> Develop financial models for the mixed project development.
> Prepare the standards suppliers to follow in the retail side of the project.
> Develop business plans for the implementation of the strategy.
