Job Description:

Our client, a leading Middle East Bank is looking 
for a Commercial Relationship Manager. 
This position is based in Bahrain and the 
successful candidate has to identify and develop 
new business relationships as well as maintain good 
relations with existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Division Heads to set up training and 
development programmers to upgrade technical / 
managerial skills of staff.

• Identify, analyze and understand appropriate 
present and future market opportunities / trends to 
formulate sound strategies. 

• Market Bank’s product and services to small / 
medium size business customers.

• Develop innovative products / services for 
increased profitability and greater market 
penetration.

• Recommend realistic asset acceptance criteria for 
various business segments.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Banking and Finance or 
equivalent.

• At least five years experience in commercial and 
credit related posts in a bank in the GCC.

• Should have excellent inter-personal skills and 
be able to deal effectively and tactfully with 
clients.

• Must be a Bahraini.
