Job description
•Over all supervision of project with related to Planning, Programmed and construction of the project. •Co-ordination with site foreman, consultant, client and our higher management. •Preparing monthly progress report and cost completion for the project. •Preparing cash flow chart for the project. •Organizing and operating construction activity and progress of the work. •Planning and arrange for man, material and machinery for the construction. •Efficient to deal with local authority (i.e. Municipality, Etisalat, dewa, fewa, sewa and RTA). •Billing for client and subcontractor. •Used approved materials and control the construction activity to stop the ill – practices at site and achieve the better quality. •Co-ordination with architects, structural consultants & other appointed consultants for drawings & necessary details required for the projects, revisions and joint visits for the critical problems & discussions on site
