Responsibilities
• To ensure that the Formation of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures as well as legal aspects. • To formulate a project contract from scratch till finalizing it in accordance with FIDIC forms of contract or other relevant forms. • To negotiate, rectify and finalize the contract covering any related legal aspects.
Requirements
• Good understanding of creating a contract for projects preferably B.O.T projects. • Good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills at all levels in English language. • Technical and Commercial ability to solve problems encountered during formulating a contract and Clarifications from Clients. • MRICS, RICS or any equivalent membership would be an advantage.
