CONTRACTS ENGINEER
Our client is a Leading Fertilizer Manufacturing Company based in Abu Dhabi requires to hire a Contracts Engineer, the ideal candidate must have BSC in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience out of which at least 3 years in contracts development within the oil, chemical or petrochemical industry, good knowledge of commercial practices and legal aspects is also required. (Only European or North American National should apply).
The person should be responsible to but not limited to participating in the overall programming and development of contracting strategy, prepares and issues all tanders to selected contractors, makes necessary arrangements for positive bidders to make on site inspections, participates in the opening and review all bidds received and arranges for transmittal of necessary tender information to the operating centre for technical evaluation, checks receipt of contractors, performance bank guarantee to ensure compliance with company's standard format and advised financial controller of any anomalies etc.
