Job description
Carries out installation, calibration, minor troubleshooting and general maintenance of Control Systems associated with Process and Offsite operation, deployed at the COMPANY facilities.
Qualifications
a) Maintains all Control Systems viz. DCS, Safety Shutdown Systems, PLCs, PI System, Metering Systems etc. at a high degree of operational availability. b) Under the direction of the Control System Engineer, receives Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Routines, Safety Permits, Material and appropriate engineering drawings and carries-out assignments. c) Under the direction of the Control System Engineer, carries out in a safe manner, troubleshooting, Installation or replacement of Control System Components or Modules. d) Actively assists Control System Engineers in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and shutdown activities. e) Assists Control System Engineers in minor modifications. g) Ensures that all work is carried-out in accordance of safe working procedures, safety permits and regulations.
