CORPORATE LAWYER 

• The candidate must have exposure towards EPC / O&M agreements, concessions contracts, off-take agreements, land titles, shareholding / joint / venture / partnership agreements, Liaise in creating SPVs and project based local companies in different regions. 
Qualification & Experience: 

• Law degree from a reputed University 

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in top corporate law firm.
