Arabic Female CRM AGENT for big company in Kuwait:
Qualification Requirements:
1. Responsible in all customer-related concerns and inquiries regarding specific products or
service of the company, classifying customers analyzed data and solving complaints.
2. Must be able to improve the total relationship between business and the customer.
3. The applicant should have solid background in carrying out outbound & inbound calls to
customers, tracking their needs and expanding customers’ database.
4. They should be customer oriented with pleasing personality, clear and concise voice and
excellent computer and telephone skills.
5. Previous experiences in call center and knowledge in CRM would be desirable.
6. High degree of fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic.
