Job Details:
*Develop and maintain individual relationships with representatives of the custodian/bank/broker, domiciliation agents, futures clearing merchants, derivatives collateral agents, securities lending and transition management network
*Review, coordination and completion of agreements and related documentation, going support to all Council and SPV divisions in all operational aspects of the business including corporate governance, operational risk management, operational development, custodian/bank/prime broker/peer contacts, resource alignment, cost control, project management etc.
Requirements:
-University Degree or higher (in Business or related field) is a must
-Securities Operations Diploma/MA/MBA is highly preferred
-Knowledge of portfolio management and accounting processes/systems.
-Minimum ten years of experience in direct custody/operational financial services.
-Expertise in custody operations or investment back/middle office management inclusive strategic management
