Required for an experienced Customer Service Consultant in UAE.
Job Details:
* Manage all customer issues and resolve all complaints effectively.
* Work with Buying Office and Stores and source appropriate material
for customer.
* Assist customer to select optimal and cost effective method for his
or her requirement.
* Assist customer service employee and provide backup support.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Basic sales skills.
* Minimum one year experience in the same field.
